Senior Associate, HR Services & Solutions

Job Summary
Responsible for supporting HR Services and Solutions operations through a broad range of activities including reporting and analytics, process administration, operational support, and service delivery. Serves as a flexible resource across multiple functional areas, contributing to team priorities while building expertise across HR processes and programs. Partners with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent execution of operational responsibilities, supports continuous improvement efforts, and provides insights and coordination that enhance efficiency, service quality, and the overall team member experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Resolves employee inquiries about human resources transactions within established procedures.
• Reviews employee record changes for completeness before processing.
• Produces recurring human resources service reports from system records.
• Investigates discrepancies in human resources transactions to determine appropriate corrections.
• Refines service request workflows based on recurring inquiry patterns.
• Escalates policy exceptions or unresolved service risks through appropriate channels.

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of experience interpreting human resources service policies in moderately complex cases.
• At least 1 year of experience working with basic business goals, financial concepts, or key performance measures relevant to day-to-day work activities.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.
